We are a local company that offers bookkeeping services to small and medium businesses throughout the Guelph, Kitchener/Waterloo, and Cambridge area.

Operating in Guelph since 2007, our motto is “Managing the details”.

RCBS offers you the expertise and support of a full-service company, not just the capabilities of a single employee. As a full-service firm staffed by trained and experienced bookkeepers, we take control of all bookkeeping tasks. Our staff includes a qualified Payroll Specialist (PCP designation), Certified Bookkeeper, CPA candidates, as well as graduates of Conestoga College’s accounting program. All of the staff has at least 2 years’ experience and most have significantly more. As a team we have the depth and breadth of training and knowledge to meet the needs of every client.

We take pride in meeting the individual needs of each client. We can take care of recording income and expenses, billing customers, collections, paying vendors, providing payroll services, ensuring that all Government Remittances are paid correctly and on time. Working closely with your accountant we can also provide the financial reporting needed to manage a business. Our goal is to prepare and present the yearend file within 6 weeks of the year end.

Using software programs such as QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, Business Visions, Account Edge (MYOB), and Kashoo we provide bookkeeping support to numerous organizations here in Guelph as well as Kitchener/Waterloo and Cambridge.
